Our demo happens to be a car. The configurator is the same for an armchair, a table or an office chair.

Every combination, no photo shoot.
Say a sofa comes in a handful of fabrics, a couple of depths and a few leg styles. That’s already dozens of versions, and photographing them all gets expensive. So the customer sees a few of them and has to imagine the one they want.
In 3D they don’t have to imagine it. They put their own version together, turn it around and get close enough to see the stitching, the grain of the wood or the finish on the legs.
Your reps and retailers can use the same page with a customer sitting right next to them, on a tablet or a laptop.

With Kova View, customers can place the piece in their own room with an iPhone or an Android phone. It’s an easy way to check the size and the colour before buying.

With Kova View, the model loads in the browser. It’s encrypted in our own format and locked to your site.
Is the model confidential, or is the CAD assembly very heavy? Then Kova Secure does the rendering on our servers instead, and your file never leaves them.
Common questions.
Do we need to redo our 3D models?
No. We start from the CAD or 3D files you already have and get them ready for the web, materials, fabrics and options included. No files? We’ll model the piece from your photos and drawings.
Can we offer our own fabrics and finishes?
Yes. Any fabric, leather or finish in your collection can become an option in the configurator.
Does it work on phones?
It does, right in the browser, with no app to download. With Kova Secure, even a really heavy assembly opens in a few seconds on an old phone.
Can it go on our online store?
Yes. We handle the integration and the hosting. If your own team would rather do it, the Developers page shows how.
Can a visitor copy our model?
With Kova View, the model travels encrypted, in our own format, and only our viewer can decrypt it. The page never exposes a 3D file anyone could reuse. If you need complete protection, Kova Secure keeps your file on our servers. More on that in Protect your CAD files.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your products, how much work the models need and the hosting, so every project gets its own quote. We’ll go over it on the discovery call.
